Her comprehensive method combines **physical therapy** and **run coaching** with strength training, mobility exercises, and recovery plans to help her clients excel—whether they are preparing for a race or leading an active lifestyle.   ### Dr. Ania's hobbies Ania is a passionate soul who enjoys engaging in activities that test her both mentally and physically. Her latest adventure involved 315km bike ride at Vätternrundan.  Beyond her professional life, she **loves traveling** with her husband Jay, **exploring different cultures**, sampling new **cuisines** and **wines**, and immersing herself in **unfamiliar places**. Their dog Butzi guarantees that life at home is always **lively**.
